Queen Delight wins at Cranbourne

What a day home town Cranbourne Cup Day saw the scintillating winning return to Queen Delight in the 100k Apache Cat 1000m sprint. Leading a smart field of sprinters by 4 lengths, after going 100m Queen Delight showed tremendous courage to hold of all challenges. She was only syndicated late last year, as one of the Havelock Park home bred to her happy group of owners her record stands at 9 starts for 4 wins, 1 second, 1 third & a forth.

Next start maybe a crack at the Mazda Challenge dash at Moonee Valley. The day also saw Alrouz win impressively he has also shown good ability and is another home bred with his mother Fayrouz delivery another foal (a filly by Churchill Downs).

May 25 – Queen Delight wins at Sandown!

She loves the wet and showed her guts for A fantastic all the way win ridden by Ashley Thompson.

Other News:

SHARP WAY one of our homebred and the stable favourite saluted at ECHUCA.

He gets a long way out of his ground in his races but was able to weave thru the field to win well.

More good news on the home bred my former good race mare FAYROUZ is firing with her daughter by Elvstroem – DELIVER THE DREAM winning by good margins in Melbourne. And the full brother ALROUZ won his first race the same week and little sister Valorouz will be running at Sandown first up.

Fayrouz has a rising 2YO filly by Churchill Downs and is in foal Churchill Downs.

Horse Update -October 2011 - One share left as of this month, progressed very well she has trialed impressively and
Looks like she can seriously gallop. Close relation to Sterling Grove which recently ran 3rd to the great Black Caviar. If you are looking for a top quality filly who is close to racing, she represents a great option.

Horse Update – December 2010 – Commences work in January, has filled out nicely during her spell and her pedigree page gets better with the brilliant win on Melbourne up day of STERLING GROVE only a few shares remaining.

Horse Update – Sept 2010 – Started her second prep of work and is moving very well. She has a lovely neat action and shown She really wants to go. Her lovely rich bay spring coat is starting to come thru and will look a treat in the coming weeks. She certainly gives the feel she could get up a run early.
Looking more and more like her group 1 winning Grandmother ACHUSLA MARIE every day. A couple of shares left in her, love the way she covers the ground.

Horse Update – June 2010 - Filly has return to breakers for short stint, then she will return to Havelock Park for training. She has strengthened up in the body and looks a very determined type. This is a family on the move. Related to Sterling Grove winner of the South Australian Sires produce by six lengths

Very cheeky and forward he is just raring to go.Tan Tat Brav’s Half Brother Just Purchased – 7th June, 2010 Tan Tat Brav is one of the most promising horses I have trained, 8 length winner at his first start, so I was actively bidding for him at the Magic Millions sales today – The good news is I got him!
He is nominated for the magic millions race series, BOBs owners bonus and he will be an exciting addition to our stables

He is a l brother to group winner SPURUSON and FLYING TAMARI multiple winner in Hong Kong, All I can say is get in quick before he steps of the truck from Queensland

Horse Update December 2010 - He has grown and made into a lovely strong gelding and is back in the stables working along nicely. He will be ready to have trial middle to late January. The last few shares are selling quickly.

Horse Update Sept 2010 -Very pleased with the growth and body strength, He is having his first stint of work since being broken in.And I’m very happy with his action covering good ground. He is a much stronger horse than his brother WELL SPENT who has shown good ability and is back in work preparing to race. There are only a few Shares remaining
